To organize and operate ice Hockey teams of persons under twenty-one years of age exclusively for educational purposes in helping the amateur players to develop physically, mentally, and emotionally, as well as morally, through the promotion of national and international amateur athletic competition and to foster the playing of said game in an organized manner, without monetary compensation either to the players, this corporation or any of its members.
