Mcteggart Irish Dancers of South Texas was organized exclusively for the purposes of charity, education and fostering national and international amateur sports competitions. Specifically, Mcteggart Irish Dancers of South Texas develops the competence of local step Dancers and supports their attendance at the annual North American Championship, and World Irish Dance Championship amateur step dancing competitions and qualifying events. Promote the awareness of Irish culture and traditional Irish dance by supporting performance demonstrations. The company presents local dance students as a performance group.
