To provide bargaining agent-in salary benefits and working conditions negotiations between the Baldwinsville Police Benevolent Association Inc. and the Village of Baldwinsville New York. To provide and preserve the civil and legal rights of the members of the corporation however will not practice law. To discuss and act upon issues that are presented and passed by its members at any regular or special meeting.
