Community of Light

To provide dignity, shelter, job training, education, and a safe living Community in Tijuana for women and children who have migrated from other places and to assist these vulnerable populations in exercising their inherent right to self-determination, becoming active participants in their own development, and creating safe, strong, and self-sustaining communities.
