In an effort to promote amateur athletics, scholarships are awarded to students who display excellence in both academics and athletics. The Corporation, while pursuing the aforementioned purpose, shall not act so as to impair its eligibility for exemption under Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended.
