To further the general welfare and quality of life of the Jewish community, locally, in israel, and throughout the world; to raise and disburse funds and otherwise plan for the charitable, social, cultural, religious, and educational advancement of the Jewish community, locally, in israel, and throughout the world; and to foster cooperation among local Jewish organizations dedicated to these purposes.
