Boy scout Council is devoted to promoting the ability of boys, young men, and women to do things for themselves and others, training them in scoutcraft, and teaching them patriotism, courage, and self-reliance. The Council also prepares them to make ethical choices over their lifetimes and achieve their full potential using the methods which are now in common use by the boy scouts of America.
