West Central Illinois Center for Independent Living

The mission of the center is to promote, increase and improve opportunities for Independent Living and lifestyle for persons with disabilities within the six-county service area: adams, brown, hancock, mcdonough, pike, and schuyler. The organization is a non-residential, community-based organization where persons with disabilities obtain greater independence through direct services, information and referral, system advocacy and personal empowerment.
