Friends of the Peoria Public Library

Friends of Peoria Public Library supports PPL programs and services to help further the Library's mission. We help the Library serve patrons of every age and description as they strive to grow through educational pursuits, traditional learning, new computer skills, and life training. Friends of PPL is run entirely by unpaid volunteers. We underwrite programs on interesting timely topics with area authors and artists. We support youth outreach programs. We use tax-free contributions to augment the Library's collections. We support the summer reading program by donating funds for books, tote bags, prizes and bicycles for children who successfully meet the program's goals.
