EIN 37-1640257 · Snapshot of IRS recognition, filing currency, financial health, and governance.
The organization strives to promote literacy by providing children in underserved areas with access to Books they otherwise would not have, giving them the chance to advance their academic achievement and the opportunity to discover the sheer pleasure of losing themselves in the pages of a good book. We achieve our mission by raising funds to purchase new children's Books and by organizing book drives for the donation of children's Books. These Books are distributed to these children of all ages via school libraries, Pre-K programs, head start, after-school programs, homeless shelters and the like.
