In particular, the corporation is organized for the purposes of (I) promoting an enjoyable, safe, and fair environment for the development of youth amateur athletes' softball skills and tactical understandings in manners which foster respect for others, self-confidence, leadership, and teamwork, and (ii) providing softball instruction and training to youth amateur athletes in manners which produce the highest level of amateur softball competition at state,regional, and national levels while maintaining a distinct culture of excellence that allows players to reach their fullest potential both on and off the field.
