It is intended through this Charitable trust to specifically benefit the st. mark roman Catholic church and grade school by providing the following: additional compensation for teachers and administrative personnel (deferred and present); purchase of equipment, supplies, books, scholarships for deserving students who have attended st. mark's, repairs and/or maintenance of the school, church and grounds; to acquire additional property for expansion if necessary and any and all other purposes which the trustee shall determine are in futherance of and fulfillment of the purposes of the trust.
