Neighborhood Service Organization

Neighborhood Service organization ("NSO") is a detroit-based integrated health and human Service agency that delivers community-based services and holistic programs for vulnerable populations. NSO provides behavioral health and primary care services, in addition to wrap-around services, for children, adults, and seniors that address barriers to housing, health, and wellbeing. NSO serves over 5,700 people annually in wayne and oakland counties, Michigan. Founded in 1955, NSO has a long history of being "always within reach" for neighbors who need it most in metropolitan Detroit, including those experiencing homelessness.
