The Mason contractor's association is crafted for the purpose of creating and maintaining improved conditions and maintaining improved conditions and standards in the interests of the association members and the building industry and to promote friendly relations between members and their employers and to provide means for settlement of differences between them and to encourage a friendly spirit and cooperation between members and other organized bodies in the construction industry and to maintain the highest possible standards of construction in the interest of the general public and to promote the general welfare of the members under a collectively bargained agreement, in compliance with the taft-hartley act.
