IHAA's cultural immersion program teaches universtiy graduate students and scholars from around the world to care for each other, to grow their understanding of other cultures and their own, and to embrace and respect differences. Through peer-to-peer diplomacy embedded in the residential living-learning program,community members develop conflict resolution skills and cultivate global friendships to build world peace.
