The Great Lakes Fabricators and Erectors association is crafted for the purpose of promoting the industry of fabricating, manufacturing, and erecting steel and other metals for buildings and other structures, to promote growth of the industry, to consider the welfare of employees, and to generally encourage sound, ethical, and progressive business methods under a collectively bargained agreement, in compliance with the taft- hartley act.
