Isabella CHILD Development Center

We provide free preschool programming for 4-year-old children from low-income families. Families qualify for enrollment based primarily on family income, using the federal poverty level guidelines, which include household size as a measure of ability to pay. If applications exceed available openings, family income and CHILD needs are considered. Children at risk for later school failure based on recognized criteria such as pre-mature birth, single-parent household, chronic illness, and parental incarceration are given priority consideration.
