Cornerstone Alliance

Cornerstone Alliance is engaged in activities that encourage, promote and support the economic vibrancy primarily in the cities of benton harbor and st. joseph, the charter townships of benton, st. joseph, and lincoln, and the township of royalton and other municipalities that comprise the labor shed area via: land development, redevelopment and renewal; activities and projects designed to attract new industry and retain existing industry, including the establishment, operation and management of trade zones, logistic hubs, industrial parks and other developments that spur private sector investment; activities and projects designed to promote investments in the described communities; other projects and activities deemed necessary to combat community deterioration.
