Huron County Nature Center Inc

The purpose of the corporation is to manage, preserve for public use and enjoyment, and operate as a Nature center 280 acres of real property in hume township, Huron County, Michigan ("the Nature center") which are owned by Huron County and have been entrusted to the corporation by the Huron County board of commissioners ("the County board"). The Nature center shall be operated for such educational and recreational purposes as may be agreed upon from time to time by the corporation and the County board, at all times taking due account of the public interest and protecting against encroachment or interference by private interests.
