Mission Statement
Founded in 2012, the Friends of Montebello Unified School District Foundations purpose is to raise funds to meet School District needs that are not covered by their budget. We raise funds in the community by soliciting companies and individuals to attend or partake in one of our many events. There are many School activities and/or programs that in the past had sufficient funds from the School District to prosper and thrive. With budgets shrinking the District has had to make many tough decisions about what programs to keep and what programs to cut from funding. That leaves willing students from displaying or nurturing their many talents in a safe environment. Thats where we come in. As we build more credibility and recognition we hope to reach every School within the Montebello Unified
