To establish, administer and promote programs devoted to the sport of cycling, specifically Racing, for junior competitors in all categories and levels. While it can maintain an adult component, the main focus shall always be on junior development with the sport of cycling. All sponsorship or donation monies will be used solely on junior development, such as equipment, training, coaching and travel.
