To promote the pursuit of the advancement of education and the relief of needs arising by reason of financial disadvantage among the lebanese (whether citizens of lebanon or persons of lebanese descent and whether resident in lebanon or resident elsewhere because of emigration, hostilities, persecution, discrimination or natural disasters) who are, have been or wish to become active in the professional field of finance, business or economics; to promote job creation and entrepreneurship in lebanon and to promote the country abroad; to promote the adoption of best practice financial practices within lebanon; and to facilitate and enable connections among members of the lebanese diaspora worldwide, by; the provision of funding by way of scholarships or other targeted individual grants; the provision of career training and advice; the provision of other financial and technical support for the unemployed; the provision of facilities, equipment, staffing and funding to facilitate the above; the provision of financial and administrative support to other charities whose objectives and work overlap with the objectives of the corporation; and by doing any other act of thing incidental or in connection with the foregoing purposes or in advancement thereof.
