To inspire and empower underserved female-identifying students to become exceptional glocal stem leaders, through hands-on activities and interactions with professionals. Students learn about life-changing stem and steam career possibilities paid internships for Edsnaps students enrolled in the leadership program. 10 students gained valuable insights working with professionals in various stem fields. Edsnaps facilitated after-school programs, field trips, leadership training, one-on one mentorship programs, virtual continuation through 2021: summer school program, clo leadership programs, after-school programs mentorship & counseling programs, meal donation event (500 families), 225+ students and families directly served. Administration of programs and organized volunteer efforts, secured in-kind donations: time, mentorship financial and english literacy training programs
