Savma Chapter of Uw-Madison

To advance the ideals and goals of veterinary medicine; to prepare its members to meet the social, moral, and ethical obligations of the profession; to represent the university of wisconsin-madison ("Uw-Madison") school of veterinary medicine("svm") and its students at national conventions; to establish an affiliation between its members and the American veterinary medical association ("avma"); to enhance the characteristics of professionalism, leadership, and service in its members; and to celebrate and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion inside and out of the veterinary profession and provide a campus environment that promotes the success of students.
