WI Therapies is established as a nonprofit corporation organized to provide alternate site medical and related Therapies including a broad array of infusion Therapies, parenteral and enteral nutrition therapy and other innovative Therapies as appropriate to alternate site patients through a partnership with Chartwell-Midwest Inc., to be known as Chartwell-Midwest Wisconsin, and in connection with such activities, to acquire, retain and administer funds from the same, to be held, invested and used exclusively for the benefit of the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics.
