Pearl River Central Gridiron Foundation

The PRC Gridiron Foundation (The Foundation) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The purpose of The Foundation is to support the Football Program in the Pearl River Central School District, located in Carriere, Mississippi. The Foundation is committed to supporting the development of moral and ethical values in participating athletes by promoting education, commitment, integrity, knowledge, leadership, sportsmanship, and vision through the sport of football.
