Star Zenith Boat Club

The undersigned have associated, and do hereby associate themselves together for the purpose of forming a corporation under chapter 180 of the Wisconsin statutes, the business and purpose of which corporation shall be: a) to engage in and promote interest in the general activity of boating and boats on rock river, in and about the city of beloit, Wisconsin; and b) to promote sociability and friendship among its members; to hold and conduct entertainment, excursions, and social meetings of its members; and c) to make, contract and purchase or lease and hold all real and personal property necessary for the purpose of said society.
