(the "foundation") is organized to engage in charitable, religious, educational, and scientific activities in accordance with the aims of Grace Lutheran congregation, a religious corporation located in eau claire, Wisconsin. The foundation operates skilled nursing facilities, adult day care programs, assisted living facilities, senior housing facilities, and post-surgical facilities, with the goal of enhancing human dignity and growth by providing high quality christian-based service to residents of the chippewa valley.
