Meeker County Agricultural Society

Our operation of a County fair gives rural youth an opportunity to display their achievements in a receptive setting. The fair also gives rural residents in general a venue to measure their progress in Agricultural and rural activities against other residents. It gives County residents and others a place to see agriculture and rural living at its best. Out County fair allowed 290 4h youth to gain evaluation of their projects and to partcipate in friendly competition. It also allowed 22 ffa members this opportunity. In our competitions open to all ages, more than 327 particpated. Our fair was visited by over 16,000 who came to see the exhibits and displays.
