Education to encourage the membership to acquire American board of orthodontics certification. To sponsor educational sessions of the highest possible caliber. To support the orthodontic departments in the state of Minnesota. To initiate, assist, and sponsor orthodontic research projects. To encourage its members to actively participate in authorized dental programs and meetings at all levels. Representation to volunteer its counsel, through the state and component dental organizations, to government at all levels. To provide liaison to the Minnesota dental association and midwestern society of Orthodontists. To provide liaison to the public at large. Relations to extend fraternal fellowship among its members. To maintain and extend inter-professional relations.
