Plato Baseball Association

The Plato Baseball club is organized for charitable and educational purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations described under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The corporation shall not be operated for profit but shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes. The specific purpose of the corporation is the promotion of amatuer Baseball in the Plato, mn area, including the organization of a Baseball team, together with all activity incident or relevant thereto.
