Minnesota State Council

To implement the national association's (ena) philosophy, objectives, and leadership on the State level, as well as to coordinate the professional activities of chapters within the State in liaison with the national level (ena): general assembly and the board of directors of ena. The Minnesota State Council shall act in accord with the by laws and procedures established by the national association.
