Parents of Latin American Children

Parents of Latin American Children (PLAC) is a Twin Cities based, non profit adoptive parent's support group. It provides information and guidance in adopting Children from Latin America, provides cultural activities to enhance knowledge and pride in the heritage of our Children, and provides assistance to Children in Latin America through fundraising and service projects. We offer Parent Education events throughout the week of our camp.
