1. Plan and host the NORTH Central nato convention held annually in april. NORTH Central region consists of south dakota, Minnesota, NORTH dakota, iowa and nebraska. Convention provides the opportunity for members to network and discuss mutual problems and solutions, attend seminars, meet with studio representatives, and view upcoming movies. 2. Sponsor and promote the ncnato scholarship program which provides post-secondary scholarship grants to employees of our member theatres. 3. Provide a regional member newsletter informing our members of events and issues in our industry. 4. Provide a NORTH Central nato website to promote our organization, encourage new membership, and provide easy access to information 5. Coordinate and work with the National association on behalf of our members. Provide a strong and unified voice on issues affecting our members and the movie exhibition industry. 6. Answer inquires from the press about issues concerning our industry.
