We provide a nurturing and comprehensive training program and we provide full and partial scholarships for families who struggle financially to pay for training. We also offer trade opportunities to lessen the financial burden. Trade families offer to volunteer specialized services such as costuming, or custodial services, in exchange for reduced tuition. We feel it is important to offer trade opportunities to those who are willing to help the organization in appropriate ways. In 2023 we provided $16,147 in scholarships and $32,987 in trade. We also offered 5 performing opportunities: "The Tales and Tails of Dr. Dolittle" was presented at the O'Shaughnessy auditorium, and we served over 1100 students from disadvantaged schools to see the show for free, and we live streamed the show for over 3000 people world wide, catering to juvenile detention centers, nursing homes, schools that were unable to afford the busing to see the show live, and other communities of need.
