We are a 22 year old all-volunteer run charitable education organization that serves and strengthens the community through our high-caliber hands-on Chesapeake BAY watershed-focused educational, leadership, and community outreach programs afloat and ashore for youth ages 8 to 18. We're continuing to enthusiastically further our mission to ensure people are aware of Baltimore County's waterfront amenities while we enable access to sharing, experiencing, & understanding the Bay's multi-faceted significance hands-on, so more people become passionate & responsible stewards of our region's precious Chesapeake BAY. We are committed to ensuring that challenges don't prevent children from experiencing and learning hands-on about the Chesapeake BAY AND realizing their full potential.
