Northern Neck Land Conservancy's mission is to preserve the rural heritage of the Northern Neck and essex county by conserving their lands, water, economies and culture for future generations. The Land Conservancy assists landowners who volunteer to protect their land by permanently restricting certain kinds of development using a conservation easement. Northern Neck Land Conservancy stewards these conservation easements in perpetuity while working to inspire a regional community that values and will take action to preserve open space land.
