To: (I) promote the interests of Military Aircraft Contractors in their shared mission of promoting the safety and security of our Nations airspace by providing Aircraft to support the United Stated Department of Defense and its allies; (ii) to foster among them relationships and to promote operational efficiency, safety, and best practices in aviation maintenance and flight operations; (iii) to advance and maintain an enlightened understanding on the part of governmental authorities of its Members challenges; (iv) to take such steps as are proper and necessary in order to promote better relations and secure proper advantages from regulatory and other agencies; (v) to attain wider recognition of the fact that the activities of its Members are of primary importance to the security and defense of the Nation; (vi) to take all other appropriate action in furtherance of such purposes; and (vii) consistent with the above, to exercise all powers available to corporations organized pursuant to
