HFH Sralab Corporation

The corporation was formed by henry ford health and rehabilitation institute of Chicago d/b/a Sralab corporation to operate an inpatient rehabilitation facility to be located within the new henry ford hospital tower in Detroit, Michigan. The acute inpatient rehabilitation facility will provide a comprehensive range of inpatient rehabilitation services and other related services, programs and activities of the kind customarily furnished by such health care facilities in support of patients recovering from serious illnesses, injuries and surgeries. These shall include, but not be limited to, intensive physical, occupational and speech therapy, medical treatment, education and recreational therapy services, programs and activities, designed to help patients rehabilitate and maintain their physical, cognitive, emotional and social functions.
