Midwest League of Professional Baseball

The purposes for which this League was organized is to:1. To perpetuate Baseball as an international game and to surround it with such safeguards as to warrant absolute public confidence in its integrity and methods.2. To protect, promote and improve the mutual interests of Professional Baseball clubs and Professional Baseball players.3. To establish and regulate the Baseball championship of the area in which the clubs are members of this League shall play.4. To unite in common organization those professionally engaged in Baseball.5. To formulate and maintain ethical standards for the guidance of its member in their relations with each other and with the public.
