To engage exclusively in charitable, educational and scientific purposes. This is accomplished by the presentation of lectures, seminars, discussions, and similar endeavors relating to the transportation industry; conduct technical studies, either directly or by grant, and to provide for the publication thereof; grant scholarships to individuals; and testing in scientific research in the public interest.
