The mission statement of the IHEIA is: to promote and support huntereducation in the state of iowa.the purpose of the IHEIA is to organize Hunter Education instructorsthroughout iowa into an association with the following goals.a. A dedication to making Hunter Education available to all citizens of the stateof iowa;b. To work with various agencies and organizations regarding the developmentand improvement of Iowa Hunter Education programs and wildlifeconservation;c. To provide exposure to state-of-the-art trends in Hunter Education;d. To promote awareness and share information regarding new developments inhunter Education; ande. To provide a forum wherein members can discuss issues, propose solutions,and solicit support from the IHEIA.
