Rose Group for Cross-Cultural Understanding

Our primary purpose is to promote better Understanding between the peoples of the u.s. And china via film and cultural exchanges as well as cultural presentation. Our annual chinafest in richmond, partnering with Virginia museum of fine arts and university of richmond, offers exhibitions, lectures, film screenings, family day and other china-related programs. We also help other cultural and educational entities in the us to stage exchanges with china, and vice versa. In the past, we published booklets, "learning and thinking about china", and made the documentary film, "the secret of healing, and the science of traditional Chinese medicine" which has been broadcast on pbs in central Virginia.
