Luren Singing Society

The cultivation of music and musical education, particularly male chorus Singing; to foster and engender amoung members a love for the beauty in the national and patriotic songs, especially of norway and other scandivian countries as well as of America; to assist in the dissemination of a more intimate acquaintance with and knowledge of this class of music amoung the public generally by Singing these songs at concerts and other public gatherings and to promote socialbility and good fellowship amoung the members.
