To make grants or contribute funds to tax exempt, qualified medical, educational institutions, or directly to their indigent qualifying patients to provide relief, assistance, or defray expenses associated with the care, treatment, education, and development of children afflicted with aphasia, Dyslexia, and other speech, language, and hearing disorders and related brain disorders and conditions. To conduct related medical, educational, and informational programs which promote and understanding of aphasia, Dyslexia, and other speech, language, and hearing disorders and related brain disorders and conditions.
