The organization's mission is to fund university based public policy reasearch that builds an electronic bridge linking the products of this reasearch with policymakers and practitioners at all levels. We will fund research in informatics to develope and perfect the bridge and support training and eduction of policymakers and practioners in the art af access, understanding, and practical use of this research in the formation of public policy.
