The organization is operated exclusively as a title-holding corporation under Section 501(c)(2). It holds and manages real property for the benefit of its §501(c)(3) member organization. Activities are limited to maintaining, leasing, and improving the land and related facilities and remitting all net income, less reasonable reserves for maintenance, to the exempt beneficiary in accordance with its governing documents.
