Connections to Success fulfills its vision of being a leader in empowering individuals in their transformation to economic independence through its mission of inspiring families to realize their dreams and achieve economic independence by providing hope, resources, and a plan. This is accomplished through a holistic family of services under our pathways to Success program that assist individuals with personal and professional development, life transformation coaching, linkages to employment and education, professional attire, job readiness skills, mentoring and support, health and wellness initiatives, transportation assistance, and goal setting. Programs are offered in the St. Louis, st. charles, columbia, and kansas city metropolitan areas.
