IFM Community Medicine

The organization's mission is to strengthen underserved communities, one patient at a time. This is accomplished through Community clinics providing primary care, physicals, immunizations, acute care, chronic disease management, screenings, and preventative care. These clinics target underserved patients and provide care at little or no cost.
