The Ringer Center of Excellence (RCE) was founded by Boris S. & Nattlie J. Ringer in 2003. Our mission is to educate, empower, and equip individuals with the tools necessary to compete globally and create a sustainable lifestyle. We have served more than 80,000 adults and youth since our inception. Our services promote self-sufficiency, social adaptability, and self-empowerment.
